Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mkdc.sh (the "Site"), operated by MKDC, Inc. ("MKDC," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Site purpose
The Site provides general information about MKDC and our services. Content on the Site is for informational and marketing purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to sell services, a binding quote, or professional, legal, audit, or compliance advice.
Clicking "Request an intro" or emailing us does not create a client relationship or project engagement. Any professional services require a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement and statement of work).
No audit attestation
MKDC deliverables described on the Site are advisory documentation and evidence packages intended to support your internal and external audit processes. They are not a substitute for independent auditor judgment, regulatory attestation, or formal certification unless explicitly stated in a signed engagement agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the Site infrastructure
- Scrape, probe, or overload the Site in a manner that impairs availability
- Misrepresent your affiliation with MKDC or misuse our trademarks
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and layout) are owned by MKDC or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Indemnification

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
